Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems preferred Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
