Overview

Sales Engineer, DACH Region (German Speaking) Thryve’s client is hiring its first Sales Engineer in the DACH region to support enterprise growth and unlock complex deals with major customers. This is a high impact role at the heart of revenue growth, offering the opportunity to shape Sales Engineering in a key strategic market. This position is critical, as the majority of enterprise deals require Sales Engineer involvement, and German language capability is often essential for successful delivery and customer confidence. The Role

You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and senior stakeholders across marketing and IT to secure technical wins throughout the sales cycle. You will scope integrations, guide implementation discussions, and act as a trusted technical advisor during complex enterprise evaluations. Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects Support complex data integration and implementation planning Present technical value clearly to both technical and non technical audiences Collaborate with sales, product, enablement, and partners to drive deal success Help build scalable processes as the first SE in the DACH region Ideal Profile

Strong experience in complex implementation or data integration projects Confident client facing presence with a balanced technical and commercial mindset Curious, autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast evolving environment Senior enough to operate independently as the DACH technical lead Coachable, reliable, and motivated to grow with the business Working Model

Remote with monthly travel to Berlin Why Join
