We are seeking an experienced Hospice Sales Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our hospice division by leading the front-end of the full-cycle recruitment process. You will own all recruiting activities within your assigned territory, managing 15–20 openings and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders to deliver top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15–20 sales openings within an assigned region.

Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy.

Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking.

Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review.

Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations.

Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders.

Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This is a work from home position. To support operational needs and business hours, candidates should reside in one of these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia.

About You Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high-volume sourcing strategies.

Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.

Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience within hospice and/or home health

Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.

Strong experience with Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools.

Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
