Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual rate may equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under certain circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
