Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Mobile, Alabama. Qualifications
Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Oversight for construction projects
Proven experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines and deliverables
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety practices
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
Prior experience in commercial projects is highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
