This role blends consultative sales, design guidance, and project development for residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. The ideal candidate understands how to listen to homeowners, translate their needs into practical design solutions, and guide them confidently through the remodeling process — from initial consultation through contract execution. Meet with homeowners to conduct in-home consultations and assess project needs Develop kitchen and bathroom design concepts that align with client goals, budget, and scope Present design solutions, materials, layouts, and pricing clearly and confidently Use a consultative sales approach to guide clients through decision-making Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales agreements in accordance with company systems Collaborate with production and field teams to ensure accurate project handoff Maintain organized records of client communications, selections, and sales progress Follow up with prospective clients to drive sales pipeline and close opportunities Represent CAC by Design with integrity, professionalism, and empathy Meet or exceed sales performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications
