CAC by Design is hiring skilled and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers / Tile Setters to join our growing field operations team. This role is ideal for a hands-on trades professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in occupied homes, and wants to grow within a structured remodeling company. You’ll work on residential kitchen and bathroom remodels, performing tile work and supporting various phases of construction while delivering a clean, professional experience for homeowners. Perform tile installation for kitchen and bathroom remodel projects, including floors, walls, and showers Assist with general remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall repair, and finish work Complete work in occupied residential homes while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and project team members Follow company systems, processes, and quality standards on every project Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed (experience is a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times Use company-supplied tools, equipment, and safety gear properly Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential remodeling, tile setting, or related construction work preferred Experience working in customers’ homes with a strong focus on professionalism and communication Ability to follow structured systems and standardized processes General knowledge of tile installation methods and tools Basic plumbing and electrical experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good personal hygiene and clean, professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred $20 – $30 per hour, based on experience Benefits & Perks
