About This Role
Carrier is in the midst of a massive Digital Transformation, which involves strategic, operational, business, and technical alignment. As Senior Digital Strategist within Carrier’s Digital Growth & Strategy team, you will drive the end-to-end strategic planning cycle for Carrier Digital, shape long-term vision, and ensure operational alignment across the function. This role partners directly with executive leadership, influencing senior-level decision-making and strategic development, and championing initiatives that accelerate digital maturity and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning: Support long-range planning, annual operating plans, and investment prioritization for Digital and IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and transformation agenda.
Translate strategic goals into operational priorities with tactical metrics and milestones to benchmark progress.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing thought leadership on digital trends, competitive positioning, and strategic investments.
Drive cascade of strategic ambition, goals, and priorities to broader Digital function.
Executive Engagement
Develop high-impact executive and board-level materials (presentations, reports, and programming) that translate complex digital priorities (e.g., AI, digital products, cloud) into clear, actionable strategies for leadership and enterprise audiences.
Shape external-facing communications on digital strategy, ensuring alignment and clarity for investors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
Define and lead a wide range of cross-functional special projects, including talent strategy, financial modeling, and innovation initiatives.
Performance Management & Analytics
Lead measurement and reporting of function-wide KPIs, proactively analyzing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, informing executive decision-making.
Manage measurement and reporting tools in partnership with Digital operations leaders, identifying and implementing system improvements.
Lead metrics development process for Digital Growth & Strategy team.
Operational Excellence
Establish and refine strategic and operational practices, templates, and tools that elevate the digital function’s effectiveness.
Establish and manage governance processes, ensuring compliance and alignment.
Support organizational change initiatives related to digital transformation and technology adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
Experience engaging with senior leadership and managing executive-level deliverables
Experience in industrial manufacturing sector is a plus
Location Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Remote—with willingness for occasional travel—for exceptional candidates.
