What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials such as articles, white papers, emails, case studies, and presentations

Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, gathering business objectives and translating them into marketing recommendations

Build, test, and deploy integrated campaigns across various channels in coordination with functional marketing teams

Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts

Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries, recommending optimizations based on data-driven insights

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance or property and casualty

Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively

Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
