Provide exemplary customer service and product knowledge expertise to an assigned account portfolio Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate pricing in all quotes Identify new sales opportunities by collaborating with buyers and engineers Manage customer accounts, including tracking shipments and expediting orders Deliver after-sales service to ensure timely product arrival at customer locations What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or a high school diploma with equivalent related experience Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience Works within established procedures with moderate supervision Ability to identify problems and make sound decisions in straightforward situations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
