Responsibilities
Support an account portfolio by providing exemplary customer service and product knowledge through telephone interactions
Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate pricing in all quotes while managing assigned accounts proactively
Identify new sales opportunities and provide technical support and quotes to customers
Ensure timely delivery of products to customer locations and provide after-sales service
Collaborate with internal teams and resources to enhance customer satisfaction and manage sales strategies
Qualifications
Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience
Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
Strong problem-identification and decision-making skills in straightforward situations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service within a technology or distribution environment
Specific certifications related to sales or technology products
Strong analytical skills for competition analysis and market research
Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance
Proficient in using CRM software or sales management tools
