Job Description This role supports the execution and continuous improvement of sales enablement strategies by delivering hands-on coaching, in-person training, and tactical support to partner sales teams. The position is highly execution-focused, emphasizing real-time skill development, reinforcement of product knowledge, and experiential learning to improve sales performance.
On a day-to-day basis, this individual will work directly with partner trainers, team leads, managers, and agent teams to reinforce priorities, conduct role-play and call audits, and provide situational coaching aligned to current business needs. The role exists to ensure enablement strategies are not only deployed but actively lived and reinforced on the sales floor, particularly during high-volume peak periods.
The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys working cross-functionally with service design, performance, and operational partners to ensure enablement efforts align with workflows, staffing models, and frontline realities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute existing sales enablement strategies and provide feedback to improve training materials and tactics
Deliver daily, hands-on support to partner trainers and team leads
Coach agents and managers to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Facilitate in-person training, role-play, and experiential learning sessions
Conduct group call audits to identify strengths and coaching opportunities
Lead competitive intelligence drills and product deep dives
Reinforce priorities and updates through daily morning briefs
Partner with performance managers on engagement and recognition initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement with operational needs
Support weekend operations during peak seasonal periods as required
Required Experience / Skills
3–5+ years of experience in sales support or sales enablement
Experience working in call center or high-volume sales environments
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, seasonal businesses with shifting priorities
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting virtual or hybrid sales teams
Background working with sales trainers or frontline sales organizations
Familiarity with sales enablement tools or performance measurement frameworks
