Role Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales - Associate Territory Manager - Cardiometabolic Health in Fremont, CA. The Territory Manager is responsible for account-based selling to health care providers across multiple specialties and hospital accounts, promoting the full Lilly portfolio and driving appropriate use of medicines. They will be a credible expert and partner, leveraging Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management models to build relationships and drive utilization for the right patients. Responsibilities
Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties. Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes. Navigates the ever-changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and become a trusted partner for key stakeholders. Utilizes data, analytics, and business insight tools to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles. Implements and adopts new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools to streamline customer interactions. Identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences. Qualifications
Required:

Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results. Preferred:
Account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. Preferred:
