Manager, Partnership Growth & Strategy

to accelerate performance across key partnership channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnership Marketing & Business Development, this role will support partner program optimization, helping Teleflora unlock incremental revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen long-term success of our strategic partnerships. Based in West Los Angeles, CA, this position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office Monday–Wednesday and optional remote work Thursday–Friday. Company context

Partner Performance & Growth Analytics Analyze the performance of Teleflora’s top strategic partners, identifying key drivers of revenue, conversion, and profitability. Monitor partner KPIs and program health, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively. Support the development of partner business reviews by delivering insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations. Growth Strategy & Opportunity Development Identify and recommend initiatives to increase order volume, customer engagement, and incremental revenue across partnership channels. Develop partner-specific growth plans, promotional calendars, and optimization roadmaps. Spot cross-partner patterns and help build repeatable playbooks that can scale across accounts. Testing, Optimization & Marketing Execution Recommend, design, and oversee A/B tests focused on improving conversion rates, offer performance, and customer experience. Evaluate promotional opportunities and support campaign execution with internal and external stakeholders. Partner with internal marketing teams to support email, onsite merchandising, and seasonal growth initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement Collaborate with teams across Technology, Operations, Call Center, and Finance to support partner success. Partner closely with Teleflora’s Analytics team to leverage reporting and performance insights that support partner optimization and growth strategy. Help identify process improvements or enhancements that remove friction and unlock growth. Support operational components of partner programs, including integrations, workflows, and reporting. Partnership Expansion Support Assist in evaluating new partnership opportunities and contribute to launch planning as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3–5 years of experience in partnership marketing, ecommerce account management, affiliate programs, or growth-focused marketing roles Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through analytics and strategic execution Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting) Experience with ecommerce or performance-driven partnerships (direct, affiliate, loyalty/member programs, etc.) Comfortable navigating GA4 and dashboard reporting tools (Tableau, Looker Studio) to monitor KPIs and partner funnel performance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action Comfortable working with metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visit, ROI, and margin contribution Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to connect the dots across marketing, customer experience, and operational levers Ability to communicate performance insights clearly and translate data into actionable growth recommendations for internal stakeholders Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented working style Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Additional Information
