Why Join Us? Fair Trade is seeking a detail‑oriented and creatively driven Marketing Coordinator to support full‑scale marketing campaigns for our roster of artists. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, support digital advertising efforts, and participate in key marketing meetings with artists and managers.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about Christian/Gospel music, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys both creative and analytical aspects of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media calendars for assigned artists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with external videographers, photographers, and editors to support content creation—including booking locations, scheduling, and communicating details to artists and managers.

Work with Marketing Managers to gather and submit pitch information for new releases on DSPs.

Monitor daily social media activity across key artists’ platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.

Assist in digital advertising efforts, including boosting posts and tracking campaign performance.

Maintain schedules and logistics for weekly marketing meetings with artists and managers.

Provide general support to Marketing Managers and assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management.

Experience in media or entertainment is strongly preferred.

Basic understanding of core marketing principles.

Passion for Christian/Gospel music.

Proficiency with major social media platforms.

Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Able to problem‑solve with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and related software tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Must be able to move within the facility and attend offsite events as needed.

Requires some lifting, bending, reaching, and mobility.
