In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
Leverage understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Familiarity with loan booking and funding under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, mathematical skills, sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
Ability to work at least 8 hours/day, 4 days/week in-office uptown is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
LIQ and nCino experience.
Clear communication skills and ability to prioritize.
