What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage annual Ductless product sales and growth targets for assigned Distributors
Compile and report competitive product and pricing data to support job quotes and market pricing
Train the sales channel on Ductless products and associated marketing programs
Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management to develop solutions
Build consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers to enhance trust and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HVAC ductless systems, including sales or product management
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Strong understanding of HVAC ductless product applications and market dynamics
Proven ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Direct experience selling ductless HVAC solutions through wholesale distribution channels
Experience managing sales channels across multiple geographic regions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to deliver product training and support marketing initiatives for distributor networks
