What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage annual sales targets for Ductless products across multiple regions

Compile and report competitive product and pricing data for market analysis

Train sales channels on Ductless products and marketing strategies

Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management for solutions

Build consultative relationships with distributors and dealers for enhanced market share

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HVAC ductless systems, including sales or related fields

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree

Strong knowledge of HVAC ductless product applications and market dynamics

Experience selling ductless HVAC solutions through wholesale distribution

Proven ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
