What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage multiple regions to achieve annual Ductless product sales goals

Compile and report competitive product and pricing data for job quotes

Train sales channels on Ductless products and marketing strategies

Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management to develop solutions

Build and maintain consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers

Requirements (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HVAC ductless systems, including sales or installation

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Strong understanding of HVAC ductless product applications and market dynamics

Proven communication skills in both written and verbal formats

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Direct experience selling ductless HVAC solutions through wholesale distribution

Experience supporting sales channels across multiple geographic regions

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
