What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
Strong negotiation and sales strategy skills
Proven account management capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the VMS industry
Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics and trends
Established network of contacts within the healthcare staffing industry
Ability to analyze market data to inform business strategies
