Entry Level Sales Representative
in our
Melville, NY
office to generate sales from new and existing customers .
Must be a professional individual who thrives on building sales and business relationships through perseverance. Role & Responsibilities
Generating sales by identifying potential customers and moving them through the sales pipeline. Build relationships and develop long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers. Make outbound sales calls and follow-up with emails to generate new sales opportunities. Sharing product or service information with prospects and providing practical solutions to their challenges. Work with outside and inside sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue. Ensure all customer orders are given prompt attention Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers. Track and report all sales activities and results. Requirements
Required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment PC literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal; comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email Strong customer service orientation with the ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
Ability to learn technical product information Sales experience Industry knowledge in metals Possess a result-oriented mindset Associates degree or equivalent What Hadco Offers You
