Inside Sales Representative
to join our team. Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead development, including cold calling Analyze customer and sales data using internal reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth Utilize CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate customer records Recommend products based on customer needs, usage, and complementary items Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, outcomes, and required follow-ups Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback Address and resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining long-term relationships Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product offerings, sales approaches, and marketing initiatives Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and productivity Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or customer-facing sales roles Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience with CRM systems (Repsly or similar preferred) Familiarity with sales techniques, pipeline management, and upselling Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and order entry systems Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Bilingual abilities (English and Turkish) Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales Strong willingness to learn and grow Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Reliable commute to an in-office role or willingness to relocate prior to start date Benefits
