Meet with homeowners in person to assess sewer and drain concerns, then recommend practical and effective solutions that deliver real peace of mind. Create trust with new clients by clearly explaining services and pricing, making them feel confident and informed every step of the way. Develop tailored, detail-rich sales proposals that show customers we understand their unique needs and are here to help solve them. Use your communication and negotiation skills to turn conversations into solutions—and turn solutions into satisfied customers. Show up with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to quality. Your interactions directly reflect our reputation and drive word-of-mouth referrals. Keep up with industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings so you can always deliver best-in-class service. A minimum of 3 years in direct sales is required, with a strong preference for those who have thrived in in-home services or similar customer-focused roles. You’re confident presenting solutions to homeowners, comfortable speaking in both one-on-one and group settings, and skilled at following up with professionalism and persistence. You have a documented track record of not just meeting but exceeding sales goals and KPIs. You understand job costing, pricing, and profitability, and can evaluate each opportunity with a business-savvy mindset. Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication—both verbal and written—is critical to success in this role. You’re methodical, reliable, and known for keeping track of every detail from initial visit through to job completion. Familiarity with plumbing systems is beneficial and will give you a strong edge, though not required. Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Professional Appearance We take pride in our presentation, and expect our team members to reflect the professionalism of our brand in both appearance and demeanor. Background & Safety Screening All applicants must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening. Driver Qualifications A valid California driver’s license and clean driving record are required for this position.
