What We’re Looking For in a Candidate Proven Sales Experience
— A minimum of 3 years in direct sales is required, with a strong preference for those who have thrived in in-home services or similar customer-focused roles. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
— You’re confident presenting solutions to homeowners, comfortable speaking in both one-on-one and group settings, and skilled at following up with professionalism and persistence. Results-Driven Performance
— You have a documented track record of not just meeting but exceeding sales goals and KPIs. Financial Insight
— You understand job costing, pricing, and profitability, and can evaluate each opportunity with a business-savvy mindset. Exceptional Communication Abilities

— You’re methodical, reliable, and known for keeping track of every detail from initial visit through to job completion. Industry Knowledge is a Plus
