Linic Freight is hiring a Full-Service 3PL Sales Executive to drive transportation-led new customer acquisition and revenue growth, with the ability to expand accounts into warehousing and program-based logistics solutions where it creates value. This role is not brokerage-only and not siloed. You will sell end-to-end logistics solutions, starting with transportation and expanding based on customer needs, supported by strong operational execution. This is a foundational sales hire for a fast-growing, execution-driven 3PL. We are looking for a seller who can win freight quickly, stabilize customers, and grow accounts into long-term logistics partnerships. What You\u2019ll Do

Transportation-Led New Business Development

Prospect, qualify, and close new transportation customers (TL, LTL, and related services) Capture displaced freight from shippers impacted by carrier or 3PL shutdowns Move quickly from discovery to quote to close in fast-moving situations Account Growth & Expansion

Serve as the commercial owner of accounts post-close Identify opportunities to expand transportation customers into: Warehousing Dedicated or project-based logistics Program operations where appropriate Build long-term relationships, not just spot wins Internal Collaboration

Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure sold solutions can be executed Participate in customer onboarding and kick-off as needed Provide feedback from the field to inform service offerings and go-to-market priorities Build and maintain a healthy, realistic sales pipeline Maintain accurate opportunity and activity tracking in HubSpot Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts to leadership What This Role Is Not

Qualifications

3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in transportation, 3PL, or logistics Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, and transportation operations Proven ability to generate and close new transportation business Comfort operating in fast-moving, less-structured environments Preferred Experience

Experience selling integrated 3PL services beyond transportation Exposure to warehousing, dedicated, or contract logistics solutions Experience working directly with operations teams Skills & Attributes

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Ability to prospect independently and manage a full pipeline Operational fluency — understands how freight actually moves Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams Self-starter with a bias toward action and accountability
