Role: Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Business Manager, you are part of Best People. The Regional Business Manager interacts with each contract to drive continuous improvement (SAVE at MacLellan). Using our Best Systems, you regularly visit contract sites to ensure compliance, maximize utilization of manpower, supplies, and equipment, and monitor the cost and quality of expenditures for labor, materials, supplies, and subcontracted services. You achieve the Best Results by developing, monitoring, and training new management employees for contract operation and employee advancement. Skills and Competencies

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to teach and train management and hourly level employees. Ability to implement sustainable, beneficial change and maintain multiple reporting channels. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar. Education and Experience

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is desirable. Five years’ experience in management with direct supervisory responsibility. Ten years as a substitute for the degree. Industrial plant management experience preferred. Automotive experience is highly desirable. Proven success in account management including personnel management, procedure implementation, successful P&L responsibility, budget control, and interpersonal communications. After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment. Before testing, an applicant may list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer to ensure prescriptions are valid and used as prescribed. Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment. Post-Employment Drug Testing

All employees may be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident, or as allowed by law. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
