Deal Execution Managers
own the operational and analytical execution of transactions , ensuring deals progress efficiently from initial diligence through closing. The role blends financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination to support timely and well-structured deal outcomes. Manage end-to-end execution of M&A, investment, and strategic transactions Develop and maintain detailed deal timelines, workplans, and execution checklists Coordinate diligence workflows across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial teams Track key deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the deal lifecycle Review financial analyses, valuation materials, and transaction documentation Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing processes Serve as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external advisors Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies Prepare deal status updates, investment memos, and executive-level reporting Preferred Qualifications
