The

Sales Contracts Specialist

plays a key role on the Sales Operations team by managing the end-to-end contract process for customer agreements. This position ensures sales contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently executed through close collaboration with Sales and Compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally to support revenue operations. Key Responsibilities

Train and support Sales Representatives on creating agreements using approved contract templates Prepare, review, and process standard contracts, amendments, and addendums Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies, pricing rules, and approval requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Compliance to incorporate approved custom language and ensure regulatory adherence Coordinate with Finance on non-standard pricing, payment terms, or contract language Escalate exceptions and manage approval workflows as needed Contract Review & Quality Control

Audit agreements for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals prior to execution Ensure contracts are properly signed and stored according to company standards Maintain version control and accurate documentation CRM & Documentation Management

Upload executed contracts and related documentation into the CRM system Maintain accurate contract records and metadata for reporting and audits Support internal audits and contract lifecycle tracking Process Improvement

Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Assist with documentation of contract processes and training materials Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Contracts Administration, Deal Desk, or Order Management (required) Experience working with contracts, order forms, agreements, amendments, or similar documents Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams Experience using a CRM system or document management tools (HubSpot preferred) Experience supporting a sales team in a regulated or compliance-driven environment Familiarity with contract workflows and approval processes Basic understanding of revenue, pricing, or billing concepts Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Primarily office-based with standard business hours Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer are required Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and email Ability to review contracts and documentation on a screen for extended periods of time
