What is Required
Minimum of 5 years of finance or pricing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly in various formats
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out
Experience working in a pricing strategy role within the healthcare sector
Familiarity with health savings accounts (HSAs) and consumer-directed benefit accounts
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools
