Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to member account inquiries, payment assistance, and program enrollment
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on utilizing their account benefits and services
Review and update member accounts as needed to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
Assist customers with activating benefits and resolving any issues they may encounter
Communicate effectively while toggling between multiple systems and maintaining accurate documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in both English and Korean
Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
Open availability between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or financial support roles
Familiarity with VoIP technology and remote work setup
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
