We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for SKIMS Beauty’s growing portfolio—ensuring every product launch is strategically framed, flawlessly executed, and deeply resonant with our customer. Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the voice of the product to the market and the voice of the consumer back to the product teams. This role is responsible for defining positioning, messaging, refining and launching strategy across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product Development, Brand, Creative, PR, E-commerce, and Retail. This is a highly cross-functional role that drives alignment between innovation, storytelling, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for each product and category. Translate technical product features into compelling consumer benefits and brand stories. Own product naming, claims framing, and core launch narratives. Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy

Lead go-to-market strategy for all product launches across digital, retail, and wholesale. Build integrated launch plans in partnership with Brand, PR, Influencer, Retail, and E-commerce. Own launch briefs, timelines, and cross-functional alignment. Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner closely with Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams. Ensure product readiness across training, tools, content, and selling materials. Consumer & Market Insight

Leverage consumer insights, testing, and market intelligence to inform positioning and roadmap. Identify white-space opportunities and competitive differentiation. Sales Enablement & Training

Develop product education, training materials, and selling tools for internal teams and retail partners. Lead product knowledge sessions and launch readiness training. Performance & Optimization

Track launch performance, adoption, and consumer feedback. Use insights to refine messaging, positioning, and future launch strategies. Qualifications

7+ years of product marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or adjacent consumer categories. Proven experience leading go-to-market for new product launches. Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and beauty consumers. Excellent storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth brand environments. Core Competencies
