What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead aggressive lead generation, prospect outreach, and appointment setting to create sales opportunities
Own pipeline growth and execution to close new business while exceeding assigned financial goals
Maintain an accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly zone forecast
Develop and execute zone sales strategy through clear targeting and account profiling
Coordinate service delivery with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of sales experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years of sales experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of sales experience
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently
Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain an ethical mindset and conduct business with integrity
Experience in strategic selling or related software/informatics sales in the healthcare environment is advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's / Master's degree preferred
At least 7 years of experience in the acute hospital care environment
Familiarity with EMR/EHR and/or medical device connectivity
Strong technical project management and documentation skills
Proven track record of driving results in complex cross-functional environments
