Position Summary
Real Estate & Corporate Development Senior Associate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing new real estate supply partners and corporate partnerships to support the company’s truck parking business. This role is highly performance-driven, with compensation tied directly to the successful execution of new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong deal-making skills and a deep understanding of real estate partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Source and secure new real estate supply partners, including landowners, developers, and operators, to expand the company’s truck parking footprint in key markets Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership structures that align with the company’s growth and financial objectives Own the end-to-end deal process, from initial outreach through contract execution Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective real estate and corporate partners Develop and execute corporate partnerships that support and scale the truck parking business (e.g., fleet operators, logistics providers, infrastructure partners) Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal) to advance opportunities and ensure successful onboarding of new partners Track performance metrics tied to sourced opportunities and revenue generation Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and supply dynamics within the transportation and real estate sectors Compensation Structure
Performance-based compensation tied directly to the number, quality, and/or revenue of successfully landed real estate and corporate partnership opportunities Combination of base salary plus commissions, success fees, or equity participation, depending on experience and deal volume Qualifications
2-4 years experience in real estate sourcing, business development, or partnerships Strong negotiation and contract execution experience Established network within real estate, logistics, transportation, or infrastructure-related industries preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Results-oriented mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation models Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial, logistics, or transportation-related real estate Familiarity with public-private partnerships or long-term operating agreements Experience in high-growth, startup businesses
