Marketing Assistant

to support a growing marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to gain hands-on experience across marketing campaigns, events, and executive support in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Headquarters Office – Rio Verde / Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Salary Range:

$47,500–$50,000

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots, including scheduling travel, booking talent, preparing locations, and organizing logistics.

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team and Chief Marketing Officer.

Organize and maintain marketing assets, including electronic filing of images and product content.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send reminders, and follow up on marketing deliverables.

Review product marketing pages and materials for accuracy, consistency, and errors.

Organize marketing materials for retail stores, including POP, fixturing, and décor.

Assist with product descriptions and marketing content as requested.

Complete additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Support trade shows, events, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

1+ year of administrative, executive support, office coordination, project coordination, event planning, or marketing support experience.

Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive business matters.
