Executive Director - Home Health Care . We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the home health agency operations, drive growth, and strengthen referral relationships while ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven healthcare executive who understands both clinical operations and business development .
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical and administrative operations
- Drive business development initiatives to increase patient census and revenue
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative staff
- Monitor performance metrics, census trends, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and financial goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare administration
- Proven success in business development, sales, or revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage operations while driving growth and quality outcomes
