Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers placing orders or checking production status

Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on product requirements

Enter, update, and track sales orders in the system with precision

Communicate manufacturing timelines, lead times, and order updates to customers

Send order confirmations and follow up on changes or scheduling adjustments

Coordinate with production, shipping, and management to ensure on-time delivery

Support the team during high-volume periods and assist with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of customer service experience , preferably in manufacturing or distribution

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident on the phone

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Bilingual

High School Diploma required

Position Summary\nAs a Customer Service Representative you'll be at the heart of operations, handling order entries, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person.

Process orders, changes, pricing adjustments, and cancellations.

Retrieve and verify customer information and order details.

Communicate order status, ship dates, and availability.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.

Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of Customer service experience preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
