Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction. Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth. Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities across all sales channels
One Peak. Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins across product categories. Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management. Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives. Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies. Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education + Experience + Key Traits
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
