This business unit includes Braun, PUR, Honeywell, Vicks, Hot Tools, Drybar, Curlsmith, Revlon brands, and this role may support one or more of these brands.

Work Location Boston, MA, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

What you will be doing The Senior Brand Manager, Curlsmith US is a key leader responsible for shaping and executing the U.S. brand strategy to maximize growth, profitability, and market share. This position leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term brand vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer, the customer, and the competition, and turning insights into winning strategies to increase sales and share for the brand within the Beauty category. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Prestige Beauty, this position manages the full US P&L and is supported by one direct report.

Strategic Planning and Marketing Execution

Define and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable growth in revenue, share, and brand equity.

Drive brand strategy to deliver continuous growth in a dynamic, competitive environment.

Lead organizational activity to execute strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across functions and delivering measurable business results.

Go to Market Leadership

Own the creation and execution of 360° marketing strategies for the U.S. market, ensuring integration across all consumer touchpoints.

Oversee the marketing calendar and prioritize initiatives to maximize ROI and brand equity.

Champion digital-first strategies and leverage emerging platforms to engage consumers and drive conversion across e-commerce and retail.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to exceed KPIs and ROI targets.

P&L Ownership

Own the brand P&L for the U.S. market, driving profitable growth and ensuring financial health.

Manage selling expense budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales to drive best-in-class customer support and account planning, leveraging sales data and insights to identify new marketplace opportunities and shopper trends to drive profitable growth.

Forecasting

Partner with Finance, Sales, and Demand Planning to develop and manage annual and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Market Analysis and Insights

Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behaviors, anticipating the needs of omnichannel beauty customers and championing the end consumer in all initiatives.

Lead market intelligence efforts, leveraging POS data, Nielsen, Circana, Profitero, and other sources to identify trends and opportunities.

Translate insights into actionable strategies and communicate findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Lead and influence agile cross-functional teams including Creative, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agency partners to deliver seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. brand strategy, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.

Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to communicate priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain accountability for deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering profitable growth.

Experience turning data into insights that drive creative marketing solutions and strategies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to manage cross-functionally across an organization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including working with and presenting to upper management and retailers in prestige/mass channels.

Supervisory experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

8+ years of progressive marketing experience in the consumer products/beauty arena

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in marketing and management

Compensation In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $111,791.61 - $139,739.51 annually. This base pay range is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
