
Role Summary
Own end-to-end pricing strategy execution for assigned therapeutic areas. Build brand-specific strategies that map lifecycle stages, assign portfolio roles, set GTN targets, and define customer segmentation with customer-level investment recommendations. Monitor markets and collaborate across functions to implement and optimize pricing.
Responsibilities
Execute documented pricing strategy process across lifecycle mapping, portfolio role assignment, GTN target setting, and segmentation.
Develop comprehensive brand strategies with detailed customer-level guidance across the portfolio.
Apply deep understanding of competitive dynamics and channel economics to tailor pricing and incentives for growth and margin protection.
Monitor market and GTN performance; recommend timely adjustments; deliver insights to leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Promotions, and Customer Operations to operationalize strategies and communicate changes.
Education
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, ideally in animal health/pharma/regulated industries; strong analytical and communication skills.
Skills
Financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation; competitive and market assessment; stakeholder influence; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools.
