Posted Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM POSITION TITLE: VP, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (hybrid) This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed. Who We Are Looking For: The VP of Product Management will serve as the senior leader responsible for defining and driving TriNetX’s software and data product portfolio . This leader will oversee strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management of a suite of software and data products that can be configured , customized and combined with our services expertise to create differentiated solutions across our target markets. The VP and their team will partner with solutions leaders for each of our target markets on the final definition and go-to-market of our solution suite. You will lead and scale a high performing product organization, acting as a key strategic voice across the company and a thought partner to the SVP of Solutions/Product and executive leadership . What You Will be Doing: Oversee development and delivery of individual product strategies and roadmaps across multiple product areas, balancing short and long-term priorities against various business needs Syndicate with stakeholders to ensure organizational input and buy-in for the roadmap, including mapping out the stakeholder syndication process Product Delivery

Work with team to execute on the product roadmap, including outlining key milestones, features, and timelines E nsur e product team is creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to build and implement roadmap features

Market Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the markets we serve.

Go-to-Market activities

Collaborate on successful go-to-market with colleagues in Solutions, Pricing, Client Delivery, Marketing, Commercial and Finance Define and develop product m arketing collateral in collaboration with the marketing team Develop, maintain and update materials (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pager factsheets) , including the relevant product areas D evelop and maintain the pricing model for relevant product areas, including pricing analytics, working with Finance on revenue recognition principles and SKUs as relevant

Thought Leadership

Drive business to explore new areas where the company is competitively differentiated Serve as a voice and thought leader in customer meetings, including presenting vision and roadmap updates Serve as a thought leader in conferences, and other public events, including industry conferences, HCO conferences, etc .

Resource Management

Work with leadership to define resource requirements and tradeoffs , and prioritize resources effectively Ensuring Product Managers are filling the backlog and for engineering and data science teams

What You Bring to TriNetX : 12–15+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading managers and multi product portfolios in life sciences, health tech, data platforms, analytics, or related fields. Proven track record in product leadership within the life sciences, healthcare technology, or real-world data (RWD) space, ideally with products used in clinical research, trial design, or patient recruitment. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle, including clinical trial operations, regulatory considerations, and how RWD/RWE is applied in trial optimization, feasibility, and post-market studies. Strong technical acumen, including experience working with data products, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or data integration platforms in a regulated environment. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management in collaboration with engineering, data science, commercial, and clinical stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with pharmaceutical clients, internal cross-functional teams, and executive leadership. Experience managing and mentoring product teams, with a focus on developing talent, driving accountability, and building a high-performance product culture.
