This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed. Who We Are Looking For: TriNetX is seeking a Solution and Market Lead for the p aye r m arket. The Solutions Leader for the p ayer m arket is responsible for defining, building, and driving market leading solutions that address the most critical needs of U.S. and global payer organizations . This may includ e commercial insurers, managed care organizations, government payers, PBMs, and emerging “ payvider ” models. This leader will translate payer market pain points into compelling, scalable solution offerings leveraging TriNetX’s strengths in real world clinical data, analytics, AI enabled insight generation, and expert services . The role requires deep understanding of payer data ecosystems, value- based care models, quality measurement, cost of care management, clinical claims data integration, and emerging trends in AI/ML enabled decision support. They will be responsible for understanding and communicating market problems/hassles and working with our Product Management, Client Delivery, and Commercial teams to devise, build, sell, and deliver existing and new solutions . This role will report into our SVP, Solutions and Product Management and join a team of fellow market owners . What You Will Be Doing: Develop and own the payer market solution strategy with accountability for the financial performance of the in-market solutions. Define the solution roadmap for payer use cases including risk adjustment, care management optimization, quality/outcomes measurement, network performance, population health insights, and predictive modeling. Translate payer pain points that may include siloed claims/EHR data, inconsistent identifiers, and limited insight of real - world patient behavior into differentiated solution designs. Partner with Client Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Management/Science to build and advance capabilities within our software, data, and services stack that result in a delightful customer experience. Develop go - to - market narratives, value propositions, solution packaging and pricing tailored to payer segments (e.g., national plans, regional plans, government programs, PBMs). Represent TriNetX at conferences, industry forums, and partner meetings, positioning the company as the leading provider of real - world clinical data insights for payer organizations. Collaborate with Commercial leadership to enable payer specific sales motions, pricing models, deal structures, and service packages. Work with Client Delivery leaders to ensure solutions are implementable, scalable, and tied to measurable client outcomes and ROI. What You Bring to TriNetX : 10+ years of experience in payer strategy, health plan analytics, population health, healthcare data products, or value - based care innovation. Deep familiarity with EHR and claims data structures, quality metrics, risk adjustment methodologies, care -management workflows, utilization management, and payer data integration challenges. Experience building or leading data and analytics driven solutions for payer organizations. Ability to translate complex data concepts into business ready solutions and executive level narratives. Strong cross functional leadership skills and comfort operating in product led, data heavy environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C - suite buyer personas. Bonus Points: Experience with real world data (RWD), clinical data models, and interoperability frameworks (HL7, FHIR, ADT feeds, etc.). Understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and predictive modeling approaches relevant to payer decision support. Background in consulting, product management, solution engineering, or innovation strategy. Experience with 1 or more additional markets that TriNetX serves. Those markets include: Academic Research Institutes, Pharma, Pharma Services, Provider (Research), Provider (Care Delivery), Gov’t & Regulatory, Device & Diagnostics, General Data Consumers.
