This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who wants stability, volume, and upside, without spending nights and weekends prospecting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Conduct consultative retirement income conversations focused on annuities and protection strategies

Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities

Present client-aligned, compliant annuity and insurance solutions

Own the relationship from initial conversation through application and funding

Navigate underwriting, carrier requirements, and follow-up with confidence

Maintain strong product, carrier, and compliance knowledge

Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required

Active

Florida 2-15 license

(Life, Health & Annuities)

Preferred

FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65)

Experience & Traits

3+ years of experience in annuities, life insurance, or retirement income sales

Background in inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center environments strongly preferred

Proven ability to close consultatively, not transactional selling

Comfortable working in a goal-driven, KPI-tracked environment
