About The Role - As a Marketing Specialist, you will own the execution and day-to-day operations of our marketing efforts across social media, events, content, and sales support. You will report directly to the Marketing Director, who will provide direction and priorities while you manage timelines and deliverables. This role is hands-on, requires organization, attention to detail, and a fast pace. The ideal candidate has a strong UX/design eye, can work independently, and is comfortable managing multiple objectives at once. This position will also include supporting the sales team through event tracking, collateral creation, and on-site content capture in the office, at set locations, or at local events.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Engagement

Own and manage all organic social media content across company platforms

Plan, create, schedule, and publish social posts, reels, stories, and event promotions

Act as the brand on social media by responding to comments, DMs, story replies, and participating in relevant groups

Coordinate with our videographer to ensure content shoot days are scheduled, organized, and aligned with brand needs

Creative Production & Brand Consistency

Create, edit, and maintain branded marketing assets using Canva (social graphics, email headers, flyers, event collateral, loan flyers, and sales materials)

Ensure all deliverables align with standards, messaging, and visual guidelines

Update existing assets with new rates, messaging, or branding as needed

Select stock imagery that aligns with current direction

Event & Sales Support

Track and maintain records of loan officer events (attended and sponsored)

Coordinate event logistics, collateral, and timelines in partnership with the Marketing Director and sales team

Attend select events to capture photos and video content for social media use

Support sales with marketing assets and co-hosted event materials

Marketing Operations & Content Support

Execute marketing initiatives and requests as directed by the Marketing Director

Assist with email campaigns, including image updates, content swaps, and HTML edits

Draft SEO-friendly blog articles, marketing copy, and short-form content as needed

Maintain organized creative asset libraries and manage project timelines and approvals

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar execution-focused role

Advanced Canva skills with a strong UX and visual design eye

Comfortable using Figma, including designing, editing, and collaborating on layouts and assets

Photoshop tools proficiency for editing and optimizing images

Organization and time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities

HTML editing experience (emails, landing pages, content blocks)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Real estate, mortgage, or finance industry experience (or strong interest in learning the industry)

HubSpot experience

Job Location & Schedule Job location: Hybrid

*For the first four weeks, this position requires being in the office Monday through Friday for training. After the training period, the in-office schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Dallas location.
