We are seeking a detail-oriented
Headless CMS & Ecommerce Content Specialist
to support the creation, management, and optimization of structured digital content for a high-visibility ecommerce website. This role is hands-on within a headless CMS environment and plays a critical part in ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and performance in a regulated industry. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with
structured content models , ecommerce product detail pages, and cross-functional approval workflows, along with a QA-focused mindset and comfort navigating regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do
Create, edit, and publish structured digital content
using a headless CMS (e.g., Strapi or similar platforms). Manage content across ecommerce touchpoints , including product detail pages (PDPs), promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines . Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and Privacy teams
to support product launches and content updates. Manage and track content approval workflows , advocating for business needs while ensuring timely and compliant approvals. Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) checks
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to publishing. Optimize content for user experience and conversion , applying ecommerce and SEO best practices. Maintain documentation and ensure content updates are audit-ready in accordance with SOPs . What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with a headless CMS
(Strapi or similar), including: Structured content entry Content modeling Publishing and approval workflows
Ecommerce content experience , including: Product detail pages Merchandising workflows Conversion-focused content optimization
Exceptional attention to detail
with a strong QA mindset. Experience working in a regulated environment
with compliance-driven review processes. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 5+ years of related experience
in digital content, ecommerce content operations, or CMS-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
SEO best practices
for ecommerce. Experience working with
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
systems. Prior experience supporting
product launches
in regulated industries (pharma, medical device, consumer health, or similar).
