You Are We are looking for a Manager within our Commercial Banking Consulting practice who specializes in Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending sector. This role involves designing and implementing solutions that facilitate profound business changes, focusing on people and processes. You will help large wholesale lenders modernize their business models, technology, and data systems to improve processing efficiency, enhance client and employee experiences, and reduce operational costs. The Commercial Credit Manager will support the evolution of lending services and oversee transformational consulting projects. Your responsibilities may include: Leading Commercial Credit Transformation initiatives, including operating model and technology implementations. Designing innovative experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients. Managing all aspects of projects from client engagement to planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinating work with other internal teams. Developing advanced Wholesale credit technology offerings. Serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients as they confront business challenges. Driving business development efforts to generate new client opportunities. Establishing yourself as a thought leader in the industry. Traveling as necessary, with a requirement of up to 80%, in the U.S. and Canada. Here's What You Need: At least 5 years of experience in a professional services environment, focusing on technology or management consulting, with a strong background in engagement management and business development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial credit sector (including sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, and portfolio management). Proven involvement in nCino or Salesforce project delivery related to commercial lending. A Bachelor's degree. Bonus Points if You Have: Extensive experience in transformation strategy or operating model design for commercial banking. Experience launching new product offerings within the banking sector. Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with senior executive clients. A track record of successfully leading complex management or technology consulting projects across the entire delivery lifecycle. nCino or Salesforce certifications. Hands-on knowledge of various commercial lending industry platforms like Moody's, Blooma, or Built. Proficiency in French. An advanced degree or financial industry certification. Experience building next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) specifically for commercial lending. Compensation at Accenture considers a wide range of factors, including office location, role, skills, and experience level.
