WESTCHESTER / SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT . If you are passionate about flooring or tiling installation systems, and have a customer-first, solution driven mindset, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service Experience and Skills
What you’ll bring to ARDEX Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required) Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25 kg) Demonstrates ARDEX values: Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required Generous
