€40,000 - depending on experience Package:

We work exclusively with construction, real estate and property development businesses across Ireland, partnering with developers, contractors and consultancies who want high-quality, relationship-driven hiring, not CV-churning. Our focus is on long-term careers and long-term client partnerships, not quick wins. As our construction client base continues to grow, we are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a dedicated construction desk and play a key role in scaling the business. This is a true 360 recruitment role with a clear route into a Team Lead position for someone who wants to help build something - not just bill. We are not clock-watchers. We hire adults, trust them to run their desk, and judge performance on outcomes, not hours at a desk. If you want flexibility, autonomy and accountability, this will suit you. The Role
You will run your own construction desk, covering developers, main contractors and consultancies, and be responsible for: Client & Business Development Winning new construction clients and building long-term partnerships Developing repeat business through excellent delivery Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, directors and project teams 360 Recruitment Delivery Taking full job briefs and managing the process end-to-end Headhunting and engaging construction professionals Managing interviews, offers, negotiations and placements Growth & Leadership Playing a key role in building Careeriser’s construction division Supporting and mentoring junior consultants as the team grows Progressing into a Team Lead / Managing Consultant role Who We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in recruitment, within construction or engineering in Ireland and/or the UK Strong track record in business development and 360 recruitment Comfortable working with senior construction stakeholders Commercial, self-driven and ambitious Why Careeriser?
