Client Advisor Compensation:

$38,000 - $85,000 Looking through job ads, this posting offers a path to experience in a fast-paced automotive sales environment. The Client Advisor role provides training and an opportunity to gain sales experience within Subaru’s program for individuals with limited experience. What you get

Money:

You will start with a $30,000 salary plus bonuses. After bonuses, most client advisors earn $50,000 to $60,000 in their first 12 months. Career Path:

We support career growth across sales, service, or management. The path can accelerate earning potential, with many positions offering six-figure incomes within 2 to 3 years. Our interview process discusses career goals and paths; promotions are anticipated within the first 6 months of employment. Training:

An 8-week workshop for candidates with limited experience in customer service or automotive. We offer 8 weeks of initial orientation with continued ongoing training through our in-house talent development department. Management & Sales Support:

We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in their work and can help customers in Acadiana make informed decisions about purchasing automobiles. No prior experience is required, but experience in customer service or any public-facing role is a plus. You greet customers, determine needs, match them with products, facilitate test drives, present pricing, and close sales. You will also make phone calls, email and text customers, market yourself, attend sales meetings and trainings, and schedule appointments with clients. When you do it

Hours: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Monday–Thursday; 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Friday–Saturday; closed Sundays. A day off during the week and early close at 5:30 pm every other evening. Please apply if you have any questions. Who we are
