Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking a
PCB Designer
to collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to create manufacturable PCB designs. This role focuses on high-speed signal routing, analog layout, component placement, and EMC prevention techniques while supporting the full product lifecycle from schematic to production documentation. Key Responsibilities
Translate schematics into PCB layouts using Altium or OrCAD. Design high-speed, analog, and power circuitry with signal integrity in mind. Verify layouts using HyperLynx DRC and resolve routing or performance issues. Create 3D board models, Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly documentation. Support assemblers and engineering teams with technical questions. Collaborate across teams to improve processes, workflows, and design quality. Requirements
AA in Electronic Technology or 5+ years PCB design experience (or HS diploma with 8+ years experience). Proficiency in PCB layout, stack-up, impedance calculations, and multilayer manufacturing. Knowledge of signal integrity, transmission lines, and EMC/EMI considerations. Strong CAD skills (Altium, OrCAD) and experience with HyperLynx DRC. Excellent communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
