
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer in Merrimack, NH. Responsibilities:
Using learning tools to build rich, skill-building experiences deployed through live delivery, Degreed, SharePoint, NovoEd, and SumTotal
Instructional Designer will lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted roles employing strong adult learning principles, innovative learning modalities, and technologies to transform the learner experience
Effective translation of subject matter expert content into practical, accessible, and relevant learner solutions
Create learner-centric experiences and content leveraging user-centered design with practical application, measurement, and sustainment
As an Instructional Designer, you will maintain currency with the latest industry learning trends, tools and platforms and effectively implement insights and standard methodologies into program designs and solutions
Collaborate across peers and stakeholders building strong trusted partnerships aimed at building learning solutions that solve business problems and strategic priorities
Requirements
5-7 years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting
Experience with video capture and editing
Experience using Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to deliver skill and role-based trainings
Familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau
Strong in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design including experience with creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods
Development and management of learning evaluation strategies
Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction
Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video, and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Domin Know
Ability to build and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
